You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items purchased directly from vers.ge. Products from other retailers must be returned to them.
Please ensure the item is repackaged with all included cords and adapters. Damaged deliveries are accepted.
How to Return an Item
- Report your intention for a refund or exchange in free form to our Customer Support using the Contact Us form.
- Ensure the item is safely repackaged.
- Send the product back to the address provided by the Customer Support service.

Once we receive your item, the exchange will be initiated immediately. A new item will be sent to your address within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
credit_score Refunds
Refunds are initiated immediately upon receipt. Funds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days.
